After a month of hiatus Epiphany of Sound is back with some progressive bangers, hard uplifting tunes and the inevitable melodic climax at the end. This time it’s music by Sundancer, Tycoos, Amanda Darling, Paul Di White and Sean Mathews.
Catching on with Trance Epiphany of Sound is back for your pleasure. This time it’s starting full on with fast melodies and beats by Independent Art, UCast, Nikolauss, Maria Healy and others. There’s a new remix of Rene Ablaze’s Turn Into Pieces and the classic had to be Carl B’s Chasing Leaves, because it still catches me everytime!
Trance is coming back after three weeks of hiatus. This time I took some new tunes again, put in my own new release, featured some Eddie Sender again, and played some tunes from 2019 which hadn’t been featured, yet. The classic remake is also special – Giuseppe Ottaviani’s Through Your Eyes got a refresh by Rob Curtis and still has some melody magic to shine!
Trance has had a lot of overwhelming tracks in the 2010s and thus here is part 4 of my conclusional Top 100 mix. It’s full of melodies and driving beats from the likes of Roman Messer, James Dymond, ReOrder & Ian Standerwick, Dan Stone, Simon Patterson and many others! I focussed a bit more on heavy beats, but the melodies don’t fall short, trust me!
Press play and enjoy!
[Tracklist]
James Dymond & Susana – Love You Are Made Of (Extended Mix) [Amsterdam Trance]
Davey Asprey – The Rapture (Extended Mix) [FSOE]
Oliver Cattley – Viper (Type 41 Remix) [Tranceform]
Manuel le Saux vs. Darren Porter – Stormchaser (Original Mix) [Flux Delux]
The next 2 hours will blow you away! In this compilation of some of the best tracks of the 2010s I collected mostly heavy, uplifting and vocal tunes. Be it Steve Allen or James Dymond, the Skylex Remix of The Thrillseekers‘ Amber or Luke Bond’s On Fire remixed by Aly & Fila, all of them share a driving beat, some even Tech elements, but still a beautiful and breathtaking melody! Listen to Illitheas‘ Epica, Fady & Mina’s Akemi or Chris SX‘ Connecting People – they still have a breathtaking break and memorable chord patterns to enjoy everytime.
Epiphany of Sound is always something special for me! This time I had a bunch of tunes from 2018 lying around which I hadn’t played enough and I just had to put them on the show. So this time it’s Kaimo K, Frank Waanders, Will Rees, Craig Connelly, Manuel le Saux & Astuni and many others with their mostly uplifting tunes!
At the end I couldn’t resist playing my new free remix of Matt Bowdidge’s Far From Me which I just released on my Soundcloud. I hope it fits for you!
So just press play and enjoy!
Tracklist
Simon O’Shine – Wutherin Heights (SunEmot BrekShort Remaster Bootleg) [CD-R]
Prepare your speakers for just another episode of Epiphany of Sound! The tracklist contains Kayosa & Tolland, Solarstone & Scott Bond, BluSkay, Dennis Pedersen but also newcomers like Epyxx.
The classic this time is by Albert Vorne – M.I.K.E.’s remix of A Leaden Day is just iconic!
Finally it has come to this: My Top 20 of 2018 are revealed. I loved mixing every minute of this hearing all those amazing tunes time and time again!
This mix is filled with great producers like Matt Eray, Illitheas, Ciaran McAuley, Ferry Tayle, Sean Mathews, Exouler, Activa, James Dymon, Dan Stone, and the outstanding Cold Blue once again. At the top we have 3 tunes I couldn’t decide which would be my track of the year, because they are so different. The one is with vocals, the other one very powerful, nearly technoid and the third one has such a sweet and petite melody I could never resist.
So just take the time, press play and enjoy!

Maintaining Epiphany of Sound was hard in 2018. I only released 10 new episodes which means not even an episode every month. From September to December I didn’t even manage to record a new one! This was a hard time for me, going from week to week, having tunes ready (because I still looked for new music!), but not finding the time to mix a set.
BUT now it’s 2019 and I just mixed three episodes: My 62 most loved tracks of the year! I split it in three parts because of the length. In part 1 you can hear my top 62 to 41 featuring Magdelayna, Daniel Kandi, Thomas Datt, Ciaran McAuley, James Dymond, Dim3nsion and my own (only) release of the year: First Point of Aries.
