This one starts with a boom! Factor B puts Epiphany of Sound on the plate again and gives all of us chills with his emotional Revelations. Following are tracks by Misja Helsloot, Nikolauss, Cedric Lass, Josh Ferrin and many more. The classic is Cern’s The Message remade by Melvin Sheppard in 2019.
After three weeks, „Epiphany of Sound“ is back with some great new melodies! I put together Kross & Fader with a progressive banger, Brent Rix with an atmospheric tune, Factor B as emotional as you know him and a classic by Dazzle which pumped the speakers back in 2008.
The end is nigh! Luckily it’s only the end of 2020 and this means it’s Yearmix time! I compiled a lot of great tunes I heard and played over the year. Prepare for five mixes of roundabout 50 minutes giving you 10 tracks each.
The first mix consists of tracks by Activa, Ula, Kiran M Sajeev, Frainbreeze, Matt Eray and the one and only Thrillseekers!
The next installment of Epiphany of Sound is ready for you! This time I put in some different tunes like the benging progressive remix by Maarten de Jong for Marcell Stone & FloE’s Fusion or the Patrick Mayers‘ uplifting tune Infinity. Also, there’s a Key4050 track that will blow away your speaker or a Hydra album track called Crystalline that flows through.
The classic is Ferry Corsten’s remix for Rank 1’s iconic Awakening that rounds up this short, but forceful episode.
Trance is back with Epiphany of Sound! A month after my latest mix I put together some new tunes by Ferry Corsten & Purple Haze, Terra V, Airborne Angel, Frank Dueffel, Giuseppe Ottaviani and many others. The classic comes once again from Andy Blueman, who produced pure gems in his early days.
After all the special mixes I sat down to present a new „Epiphany of Sound“ for you. It is clearly an episode containing some new tracks and some that I found along the way and never played in the show. So not everything in here is completely fresh, but definitely worth a listen!
Whether it’s 4 Strings, Fischer & Miethig, Will Atkinson, Activa or the Ciaran McAuley remix at the end, you always hear something special.
Putting together the Epiphany of Sound series with the best tracks of the 2010s was a big task. The first mix covered most progressive tracks, so the second part is making the transition to the more energetic music. It is just over 2 hours of general Trance, some classical like Sean Mathews Paradise or the Suncatcher remix of Leave The Light On, some pointing to more uplifting Trance like Robert Nickson’s Somewhere In Spacetime or Daniel Kandi’s Change The World. One track that had to be in is the melodic, melancholic monolith that is Time To Rest, which Andy Blueman remade himself in 2011.
All over this mix shows how diverse trance has been in the 2010s and it creates some appetite for the uplifting episodes!
So press play and enjoy!

Back in November I visited Northern Germany to play at the Trancecube once again. Unfortunately the real recording couldn’t be recovered, so I re-recorded the live set as perfect as I could remember – set list and timing/transitions should be nearly as in the club. Of course, it is posted on Soundcloud!
