For 2023 I put in some different vibes into Epiphany of Sound: Starting with progressive by Steven Liquid, which opens smoothly. Also I put in some acid sounds with Merlin Tb-303 who released on Entrancing Music. But of course I mixed it with the sound you know: uplifting, melodic, flowing and sometimes pumping trance by SoundLift, C-Systems, Ciaran McAuley, Adip Kiyoi and others. The classic this time comes from David McQuiston who remixed Chicane’s classic Poppiholla!
Just before the new year I can present a new installation of Epiphany of Sound! This time we start with some progressive beats by Stoneface & Terminal with Robert Nickson, but quickly leading to uplifting melodies from the likes of RJ Hernandez, Frank Dueffel, Dory Badawi and many more. The classic comes from the legendary SoundLift. Back in 2010 Daniel Kandi remixed his melodic track Empty Night Street that always resonates with me.
The final installation of In Between is just around the corner! The past year 2022 presented a ton of new progressive music with some deep grooves and enchanting melodies. So I will celebrate it as always with the December episode of In Between featuring brilliant vibes by Dezza, Wolkengrau, Yusuke Teranishi, Skyhunter, Cosmaks, Cloudcage and many many more!
Don’t miss this and tune into FriskyRadio on December 23rd, 2022, at 2 p.m. EST / 8 p.m. CET to hear the pounding beats flowing through your speakers!
As you might have noticed I abandoned Twitter for more than over a month now. I deactivated the account as soon as it was clear Elon Musk overtook the enterprise. But why did I do that?
Too much power
At first I observed the ongoing process of Elon Musk buying Twitter skeptically. It took quite some time, but I knew: As soon as this man will have another enterprise in his portfolio he will have way too much in his hands. He owns Tesla, SpaceX, now Twitter and some other big corporations in different industries. I’m convinced one person shouldn’t have so much power over different branches of life of so many people since all people are fallible. And as soon as one person has so much power, every failure in judgment will have capital consequences.
After quite some time Epiphany of Sound is back with new sounds! This time I started with a technoid banger by FloE who found a new style for himself. Later on you will hear new uplifting and dreamy tracks, as you know by me – Roman Sand, Fancy Power, Airdream and many more!
The classic is one of the biggest hits ever created in Trance: Randy Katana’s In Silence was played all over the world and the dance floors back in the 2000s. It is remade here and there and this time I picked the recent Rene Ablaze remix.
The new month has started and that means the next episode of „Waves“ is just around the corner. As you know the show in the past years it brings a lot of styles of chillout music. Once again we will start with very chilled Ambient, switch over to some relaxed beats, put in some piano melodies and end with ambient sounds again. As we are entering the dark time of the year the music is a little bit darker with Hawkdream, Olafur Arnalds, Solar Sound, Max Tarasov, Airbase or Eternall.
Recently I discovered a new chillout label named Space Music where you can find music by Solar Sound, L)Vladimir(P or Max Tarasov. I couldn’t find an online source for their music, but you should listen to the show!
So make sure you tune in to FriskyRadio CHILL on Sunday, December 4th, 2022 at 7 a.m. EST / 1 p.m. CET.
Trance is back with Epiphany of Sound finally! After an odyssey with no internet connection I finally made it to get this out. Episode 153 is full of epic tracks by James Dymond, Markus Schulz, Gayax, Airdream and many others.
Get ready for the next installment of Epiphany of Sound! It’s full of beats and melodies, this time by Roman Sand, Illitheas, Exouler, A.R.D.I. and many more. Also I discovered Nessai who does great remixes and put it before the classic by Envio – a remix for Blank & Jones.
Get ready for episode 150 of „Epiphany of Sound“! It is dedicated to top Trance tunes of the past. Fading in with the beautiful intro of Illitheas‘ „Epica“ this time it turns to classics by Aly & Fila, Skypatrol, Oceania, Paul van Dyk teaming up with Giuseppe Ottaviani, and many more great artists. You can’t miss this special episode!
