Entrancing Music has been one of my favourite labels in the last years. They release consistent quality and sometimes I can’t even play all the great tracks in my podcast! So this episode of Epiphany of Sound is mostly dedicated to this great label with several tracks from DJ T.H., Reneji, Myde, Thorsten F and FloE himself!

After the Yearmix specials in the last weeks we’re back to normal with Epiphany of Sound. I have dug out some progressive and melodic tunes, some vocals, some hammering TechTrance and Psy influences and now this is it! Every February it’s a special Waves show for me. In a week I’ll have my 11th anniversary with the show and on FriskyRadio in general! Sometimes I have some special guests, sometimes I play some special. So after having pianist and music producer Xeuphoria last year, this time I picked another pianist. Classical Glass is composing and playing his music with a scope from classical piano over ambient piano to orchestral music. I asked him about some of is most beloved own tunes and we compiled them.
Around this series of pieces I arranged some of the greatest modern piano music I know – from Dave Greening, Frances Shelley, Marco Lucchi or Olafur Arnalds to Stein Thor, Vince Forwards and the unforgettable Ludovico Einaudi.

The 4th installment of the Epiphany of Sound yearmix bangs out the Top20 tunes of 2020 for me. It’s full of wonderful melodies from the likes of Ads Peri, Mhammed El Alami, Bryan Kearney, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Airdream and many more.
Jaded & Addliss has been a duo working on collaborative mixes since 2012. We forged chill mixes like Inspire or Recreate with movie scores and chillout. Later we crafted out pumping mixes like Sunrise and Gravity that really could set your speakers on fire. After a long time without collaboration we rediscovered old strengths and gathered our forces again for a new mix last year. It was a slow, but groovy set, showing we still had to learn from one another. So we had to do a new chillout set!
The COVID-19 pandemic has been quite a journey for most of us. So this is New Tomorrow reminiscing all the hardship, but also telling a musical story not to lose hope for a bright future – however and whenever it might occur. It is about movie scores, movie score like ambient tunes and some classical music. Jaded played some Alexandre Desplat, Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, or Thomas Newman – some of the most iconic score composers. I picked some music from Harry Gregson Williams, William Orbit, A Cerulean State, or Vince Forwards – also some score music, but surrounded by Ambient music.
So now dive deep into relaxation and the sweet sounds of „New Tomorrow“.
The third part of my yearmix covers some real gems of 2020. Opening with Cold Blue, who is always a „go to“ guy when it comes to quality productions, the set covers Patrick Mayers, Fast Distance, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Oliver Cattley and others.
Happy New Year and welcome to the next installment of the Trance Yearmix I made over the holidays. This time it’s a bit more uplifting with Darren Porter, Terra V, Airdream, Synthetic Fantasy and my own tune World Flow remixed by Emotion Love.
The end is nigh! Luckily it’s only the end of 2020 and this means it’s Yearmix time! I compiled a lot of great tunes I heard and played over the year. Prepare for five mixes of roundabout 50 minutes giving you 10 tracks each.
