Epiphany of Sound – Yearmix 2021 – Part 1

Finally here it is: The yearmix for 2021. Following the experience of recent years I boiled it down to 2 mixes with 12 tracks each. I figured out most of the tracks I picked in longer sessions are „good“ but don’t always represent the really „best“ in the year. Epiphany of Sound – Vol. 147

Epiphany of Sound is finally back! I can’t define how much stress is going on in the new year, but I’ve made a new episode with epic tracks by Robert Nickson, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Cold Blue, Les Hemstock, Damian Wasse and many more. The „classic“ is an uplifting bootleg of Above & Beyond’s beautiful tune Reverie that simply sends shivers down my spine.

Epiphany of Sound – Top 100 of 2010s (Part 5)

In the last 3 months I shared some of my favourite tunes of the 2010s. I included some progressive, some uplifting, some even Tech Trance tunes and now here we are with some of the best of the best. This mix contains some of the „uber“tunes I heard and played in the last decade.

Of course I can’t let the COVID-19 situation to stay unmentioned. The virus infection has kept me in my flat for the last 10 days and I have developed a sort of a day routine. Music has always been part and it keeps me happy. I don’t intend t to be cynical, but this situation has given me the chance to finish my Top of 2010s work.
